If the customer cancels:
3 weeks or more before the event:
We will transfer your ticket to a new event, or, Tickets may be refunded where cancelled by the customer up to three weeks before the event date.
*There is no charge for transfers but in the case of a refund the website booking fee is not refunded (£3.80 per ticket).
One week before the event:
Tickets may be transferred to a different event.
Tickets must be transferred within 2 months and may be transferred once.
We cannot transfer tickets with less than 7 days notice. After this time you may send someone else in your place if you cannot attend. Please email us with the persons name.

If we cancel:
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel due to reasons beyond our control we will give you as much notice as possible. You will be given the option of:
a. Transferring to another class or b. A full refund of your ticket. The booking fee will be refunded also and you will receive 100% of your original ticket price.
