If the customer can no longer attend:
3 weeks or more before the event:
We will transfer your ticket to a new event, or, Tickets may be refunded where cancelled by the customer 3 weeks or more before the event date.
*There is no charge for transfers but in the case of a refund the website booking fee is not refunded (£4.75 per ticket).
One week or more before the event:
Tickets may be transferred to a different event.
Tickets must be transferred within 2 months and may be transferred once.
Less than 7 days before the event:
We cannot transfer tickets with less than 7 days cancellation notice. After this time you may send someone else in your place if you cannot attend. Please email us with the persons name or we will not be able to admit them.
If you can longer make the event and wish to cancel please email us or contact us via our contact us page on this website. Please be aware that once a place is cancelled we may not be able to re add you if you change your mind.
If we cancel:
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel due to reasons beyond our control we will give you as much notice as possible. You will be given the option of:
a. Transferring to another class or b. A full refund of your ticket. The booking fee will be refunded also and you will receive 100% of your original ticket price.
Health and Illness Policy
At Sip & Create, the health and safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. We kindly ask that anyone feeling unwell, with symptoms of contagious illnesses, refrain from attending our workshops and events. This is in line with public health guidance and helps protect all participants, including those who may be more vulnerable.
Ticket Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable and require at least 7 days’ notice for cancellations or transfers. This policy ensures fair and manageable arrangements for all guests and allows us to prepare adequately for each event.
If you are unable to attend due to illness:
Please notify us as soon as possible. While refunds are not available for missed sessions, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests made within the required notice period.
On the day of the event:
If you arrive and appear unwell, we reserve the right to ask you not to attend to keep everyone safe.
